The finished apartment building
This project, in a prestigious area of west London, involved the creation of 9 apartments with a penthouse and balcony.
It necessitated the demolition of a two storey concrete-framed office building, over existing retail premises and a basement garage.
The works included the refurbishment of a vehicle lift and garage, construction of a new entrance foyer and four storey apartments built utilising a structural-steel frame and light steel-framed walls and floors
